I've never recieved customer service like it!

Customer Service is always paramount to us and it is the foundation on which we built our business. We aim to please and, modesty aside, we usually hit the target! It's made easier as this is not just a business, it's a passion, and every smoker who makes the change to vaping is another victory flag for harm reduction and another nail in the coffin of the tobacco pedlars. It is always heartwarming to receive praise or recognition; the feedback below from one of our customers who posted it on Google+ epitomises what makes us buzz and what fuels our passion. "Within 15 minutes of placing an online order for a DIY juice kit from +FlavourArt UK. a nice lady (Bethany?) rang me up to confirm my order and to inform me that I hadn't ordered enough flavours for the kit. She then passed me on to a guy called John who explained that I should really order the higher nic juice as it was the same price as the lower nic and would therefore be better value. He then went on to give me a full tutorial on DIY juice making, the history of the company and his experience as a juice/flavour artist. My kit arrived the next day. I was totally blown away that a company would call me in order to save me money, thereby decreasing their profits. And just to check that I knew what I was doing with the kit, so I didn't make any silly mistakes.
