Christmas 2018 Holiday Posting Details.


Last posting date is Friday 21st December for orders placed by Thursday MIDNIGHT 20th DECEMBER.
Orders placed after Thursday MIDNIGHT 20th DECEMBER will be posted from Wednesday 2nd January 2019,
but may take a few days to catch up if there is a significant volume of orders placed over the holiday period.
Our staff work very hard all year round, so they deserve a rest and time with their families at this time of year.


We would like to give our valued Trade Customers lots of warning of our up and coming Christmas Break. 
We will not be shipping Orders from Friday 21st December 2018 up to and including Tuesday 1st January 2019 INCLUSIVE. 
We will return for business as usual Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

Orders during the holiday period can be made online as usual, but they will not be processed until 2nd January 2019. 
We hope not to have too much of a delay on orders during this holiday break and will process orders on a first in first out basis,
but please be prepared for a possible short delay.

Please make a note of these dates.  We will not be able to push through orders after Friday 21st December 2018
even if you do call asking nicely.

We are sending this information out now to help you prepare for what stock you may need during and before this period. 
Whilst we try to have all the stock required here in the UK, we have again seen new trends and flavours being unexpectedly requested. 
If you think you are going to require something unusual or are planning a special January launch/sale, please prepare and check stocks
with enough time for us to give you the best possible service.  If you would like to discuss any extra large stock you may be requiring
or wish to give us warning of any large future orders over the next month do not hesitate to call or email  


We aim to process orders received by 12pm on the same working day (this is not guaranteed but is our aim), but please bear in mind the time difference if you live outside the UK. Some orders are shipped with Tracking Numbers and require a signature on delivery. This helps to ensure you receive your order and that a responsible adult signs for it. Some postal services share their Tracking Facility, for example, in the US it is possible to track your order on using the Tracking Number we send you. USPS is not always the fastest service for delivery and updating but they try their best! National Postal Services in a range of other countries also offer a Tracking service.

We have implemented a cost-by-weight system to try and make the prices fairer, especially for small orders. The UK postage rate now starts at just £1.22. We can usually send smaller orders containing 10ml bottles at the Large Letter rate, but anything bigger means it has to go at the Small Packet rate which is substantially higher. 30ml bottles are too big in diameter to be classed as a 'large letter', so the price for those is £4.05 including VAT, the small packet rate. Empty bottles are sent at the Small Packet rate but we have added an extra 2 bottles when buying  the10ml option.  Orders over £60.00 or containing high strength Eliquid will normally be sent by Signed For Delivery at no extra charge.

We are required by law to charge VAT on all UK and EU postage prices because we are VAT registered and trading as a UK business.

Postage charges should be shown in your basket and at checkout so you know the cost in advance.

DPD/DHL Service - this is not guaranteed Next Day and they do not deliver on Saturdays.  

If you order before 12:00pm Mon-Fri - £7.50 for to up 27KG

* DPD service is only for UK Mainland.  For customers outside of the UK Mainland if you choose DPD please note your order may arrive with a different provider.

If you are outside the UK, we use the 'Europe With Tracking & Insurance' or 'Outside Europe With Tracking & Insurance' options, otherwise we could not be held responsible for uninsured lost mail.

Royal Mail rules state that we cannot file a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date. To file a claim, the item must be shipped using the Tracked & Insured option at checkout.

We use Royal Mail for most UK and International deliveries.

Zone Rates UK from £1.20, EU from £10.50 Insured, Rest of World from £10.50 Insured.

Next Day UK delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

* The order is placed before the 12pm cut off time.
* All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
* Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
* Delivery is to a UK mainland address, * post code restrictions might apply.
* Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.

* Some Postcodes in Scotland might not covered by Royal Mail Next Day service.
